Invitation: Waterloo Catholic DSB Cross visits St Joseph Church

Pilgrimage Cross at St Joseph on Saturday, November 3. 

St Joseph Church invites you to come and pray with the Pilgrimage Cross this Saturday. The Church will be open for our 9 AM mass, and remain open all day until Mass at 5 PM. Please drop in for a few minutes with your child(ren) and ask them to tell you about their experiences this week. The Cross will be set up at the front of the Church. All are welcome.

Memorial Mass

On Sunday, November 4 St Joseph is holding our annual Memorial Mass for those in our community who have passed away. This year we will be incorporating the WCDSB Pilgrimage Cross into our celebration. All members of the St Joseph and St Bernadette community are welcome.

– Pizza Lunch – $1.50 a slice pepperoni or cheese
– No Wilfrid Laurier University Afterschool Program Begins (registered students) 3:45 to 5:15 p.m.  Due to Halloween there is no session tonight
– Halloween Fashion Show at 9:30 a.m.  Candy drive begins today
– Intermediate Halloween Dance in the afternoon

We apologize for the last minute information, however, our school board just received this information from the Ministry of Education, regarding giving the province feedback on the education system in Ontario.

The second phase of consultation with interested individuals, organizations and groups is now taking place through scheduled Telephone Town Hall sessions across the province.

Today was our first Fire Drill. St. Bernadette students and staff exited the building quickly and safely.  We will conduct one more fire drill and one bomb threat drill this week.
